Legacy Children's Hospital
The new Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel in North Portland is an incredible place. The halls are filled with whimiscal art from local artists and the modern children's aesthetic is mastered here - clean and professional, and at the same time colorful, warm and very, very fun. We were lucky enough to be selected to build a few pieces for the hospital.

Customer Profile: Denise and Jeff
Denise and Jeff found The Joinery after recently moving to Portland from San Fransisco. They fell in love immediatly with the Live Edge Dining Table made from The Joinery's own Walnut tree. We featured it on our Facebook page and Denise put it on hold that day.

Caravan Pacific's Alberta Lamps are now available at The Joinery. Designed and handcrafted in Portland, these mid-century inspired lamps are made with the same attention to detail and level of craftsmanship as our furniture.
Live Edge Celilo Chairs
Coming thru our shop this past week are custom Celilo Dining Chairs featuring a Live Edge Split on the back rail. While building the chairs, custom jigs were made to hold the Live Edge Split together while they were being formed, shown below.

Irvington Home Tour
The 30th Annual Historic Home Tour in the Irvington neighborhood is on May 20th from 11 - 5. Last year the tour consisted of Prairie, Bungalow, and Craftsman style homes.
