B the Change Community Clothing and Book Drive

Portland B Corps are working together this coming week to make a change by raising funds, awareness, and volunteering for local causes from June 16 - 20th and we are proud to be a part of it. The Joinery is partnering with G Diapers to help collect children's books for the Children's Book Bank and clothes for Sunshine Division. If you have any gently worn or new clothes or children's books to donate please bring them by.

DROP OFF LOCATIONS:

South East: The Joinery at 4804 SE Woodstock Blvd 10am to 6 pm

North East: G Diapers at 2808 NE MLK Jr Blvd Suite G 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

The Children's Book Bank gathers thousands of new and gently-used books from the community and creates individual bags filled with books and stories. These bags are then delivered to children who might not otherwise have books of their own at home.

Since 1923, the Portland Police Bureau Sunshine Division has been providing food and clothing relief to Portland families and individuals in need. Whether due to the loss of a job, domestic crime, illness, or victims of fire or disaster, the Sunshine Division has built a 91-year legacy of mobilizing quickly and efficiently to assist distressed Portlanders.
