Joinery Technique - Miter Joint

We love using miter joints on our Modern cases because of the resulting clean, seamless look. The wood becomes the main focus of the piece as it allows the grain to wrap around the case. A miter joint is where two boards cut at a 45 degree angle meet to form the edge of a case, as shown below.
