How to Buy

Please use our e-store to purchase any of our standard product. All purchases will be processed within 48 hours. At the time of processing your order, someone from The Joinery will contact you with a confirmation and timeframes for completion and shipping.

Lead Times

Joinery furniture is typically built to order in eight to twelve weeks.  Orders may be able to be completed within a shorter lead time for an expediting fee on a case-by-case basis.  Alternatively, you may purchase one of the many pieces of furniture off of our showroom floor, most of which are available immediately.  Check with us for current availability.

Warranty

The Joinery is proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all residential furniture for the original owner of the piece.  The warranty covers any defects that occur with the furniture structure or wood materials. The warranty does not cover wear and tear; upholstery, fabric or leather; hardware or other third-party components; damage sustained during shipping; misuse of furntiure; or repairs that were not completed by The Joinery or its designated representatives.  Some customer-requested design specifications may also be excluded.

Returns

The Joinery’s goal is complete customer satisfaction.  We honor return and exchange requests that are received within 14 days of delivery.   Requests for returns or exchanges made more than 14 days from the delivery date will be honored at the sole discretion of The Joinery and, if accepted, will incur a restocking fee.  Unless the merchandise is damaged, the cost of delivery, crating and/or shipping will not be refunded.  We will facilitate the return delivery or shipping as needed, and will deduct that cost from the price of the returned merchandise.  We will not accept returns on custom furniture, mattresses or special order items.

Damaged Merchandise

Please contact The Joinery immediately if your furniture arrives damaged or defective.  We will resolve all issues as quickly as possible.


Cancellations

The Joinery will accept cancellations on all standard products within seven days of the order date.  After that, or for custom orders, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and will charge for design/build time incurred or materials purchased for the job.

Sales Tax

Because Oregon is a sales tax free state The Joinery does not charge sales tax on any orders.
